Address what will happens in case of delays. Let your customers know if unforeseen circumstances beyond your control affect the ETA dates, how and when will they be notified. Or how they can keep track of their shipment status themselves. Proactively keep your customers informed throughout the process to reassure them and gain trust.
Clearly state the conditions under which your customers can cancel their preorders and the refund process. Include information on whether deposits are refundable, in full or partial, and if there are any time limits for pre-order cancellations.
